Ten Days Late

The era that sharpened Renee’s eye for style and taught her how to create a look that feels like a moment

After finishing school in Edmonton, Renée and her best friend packed one suitcase each and moved to Vancouver with big dreams. They started an all-girl band called Ten Days Late and spent the ’90s touring—back when gigs spread through posters, radio, and pure word of mouth.

Fun Fact: Renée’s first martini was bought for her by Ritchie Sambora. The band also toured with Blink-182. She may have dated someone from the Payolas—and possibly someone from Pluto—but definitely not at the same time!
